Terms of service All rates above are plus 20% Gratuity and 10% Fuel Charge. A Travel Charge will be assessed for all service outside a 45 mile radius of Tampa or Ft Myers. These rates are not available for Proms and Weddings. Blackout dates apply for Major Holidays or if date falls on a Prom Day. Rates are subject to change without notice and can not be combined with other offers or be honored for previous sales. All long distance service will be billable for hourly charges from point of pickup to point of return.
